By using this site or hiring DuoTech, you agree to these terms. If we sign a project agreement with you, that agreement takes priority wherever it differs from this page.

DuoTech builds software, designs products, and provides related consulting. The exact scope, timeline, and price of any project live in a separate proposal or statement of work, not here.

• Give us accurate information and timely feedback so we can do the work.
• Make sure you own the rights to anything you hand us.
• Use the site fairly and do not try to disrupt or break it.

This website and our brand are ours. What we build for you becomes yours as set out in your project agreement, normally once it is paid in full.

Fees, invoicing, and payment terms are set per project in your agreement.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses from using it. Anything relating to a paid project is governed by that project agreement.

Either side can end a project as its agreement describes. We may block access to the site for anyone who abuses it.

These terms follow the laws of Albania, and any disputes go to the courts of Tirana, unless your project agreement says otherwise.
