DuoTech is a software company based in Tirana, Albania. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the ontrol you have over it.

We collect what we actually need:

• What you send us, you name, email, company, and message when you use the contact form or apply for a role.
• How the site is used, anonymous analytics like pages viewed and rough location, so we can see what’s working.
• Applications, you CV and anything you include when you apply through the Careers page.

We use your information to reply to you and deliver what you asked for, to review job applications, to keep the site secure and make it better, and to send occasional updates only if you opted in.

We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the site (hosting, analytics, email delivery) and where the law requires. On client projects we act under a data processing agreement.

Only as long as we need it, then we delete or anonymise it. Job applications are kept up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to how we use it, at any time. Just email hello@duo-tech.com. You can also complain to the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner, or your local authority.
