Healthcare Software Development.
Compliance isn't a feature. It's the baseline.
We build and modernize the systems US healthcare teams run on workforce platforms, compliance training, patient-facing tools. HIPAA-aligned architecture from day one, 20K+ daily users in production, and a named engineer accountable for all of it.
Healthcare doesn't forgive average software.
Your staff coordinators live in spreadsheets. Compliance deadlines are tracked by memory and email. And the vendor who built your platform doesn't understand why "we'll fix it next sprint" stops working when surveyors are in the building.
Generic dev shops treat healthcare like any other project, then run into PHI, BAAs, and state-by-state rules after the architecture is already wrong. Building compliance in from the start is always cheaper than bolting it on later. Every time.
AI WRITES THE CODE NOW.
IN HEALTHCARE, THE JUDGMENT IS EVERYTHING.
From prototype to 20K daily users. HIPAA-aligned the whole way
Custom Healthcare Platforms
Patient-facing tools, operational systems, and full healthcare SaaS. We build them from scratch, or take them over mid-flight when another team has stalled. Every architecture decision is made by engineers who've already shipped in healthcare, so you're not funding a learning curve.
NURSING & CLINICAL WORKFLOWS
Tools built around the shift instead of on top of it. Documentation that keeps up with the care it records, staffing that respects who's on the floor, and handoffs that don't drop information. We sit with the nurses who'll use it before we write a line.
TRAINING, COMPETENCY & COMPLIANCE LMS
One LMS for onboarding, competencies, certification tracking, and compliance training. It holds up in an audit, staff actually complete it, and the reporting proves who's current the moment someone asks.
AI FOR HEALTHCARE
Where AI earns its place. It cuts charting time, summarizes intake, flags what needs a human, and turns paperwork like bills and EOBs into clean, structured data. Human review is built in, so nothing clinical runs as a black box.
LEGACY HEALTHCARE
The system nobody wants to touch is usually the one your operations depend on. We audit it, stabilize it, and modernize it, with no downtime for the care teams using it every shift.
SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION
Access controls, encryption, and audit trails live in the architecture from day one, not bolted on after a scare. For US healthcare, that is where we start.
Audit. Architect. Ship. Owned.
Audit
01One to two weeks. We shadow the real workflow and map your systems, data flows, and where sensitive data lives. You leave with a report: what to build, what to fix, what it costs. Fixed fee, risk-free.
Architect
02The compliance decisions happen here, not in a patch later. Access controls, encryption, audit trails, and data flows are designed before the first feature ships. For US healthcare, HIPAA-aligned architecture is our default.
Ship
03AI-amplified speed, human-reviewed code. Every line that reaches production is signed off by a named engineer, because in healthcare "the model wrote it" is not an answer anyone accepts.
Maintain
04Uptime means something different when care teams depend on it. A named engineer owns your system end to end, so when something breaks during survey week you know exactly who picks up. Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot.
SHIPPED FOR THE FLOOR. ACCOUNTABLE TO A NAME.
We build fast because we use AI aggressively in our own work. But healthcare ships on trust, not speed. AI drafts, engineers decide, and the person who built your system is still around to answer for it.
WE LEARN THE WORKFLOW FIRST.
We watch the shift before we write a line. Software that ignores the floor gets worked around.
A NAMED ENGINEER OWNS IT.
One person who knows your system and answers for it in production, not a rotating desk.
SENSITIVE DATA STAYS GOVERNED.
What it touches and which safeguards apply is a decision a person makes, not a model. That is designed in, not assumed.
BUILT FOR HEALTHCARE. THE SAME TEAM SHIPS BEYOND IT.

Do you build HIPAA-compliant software?
Yes. We build HIPAA-aligned systems, which means encryption, role-based access, audit logging, and a signed BAA when you need one. Full HIPAA compliance also depends on your own policies and training, so we handle the technical side and work closely with your compliance lead to cover the rest.
What types of healthcare software do you develop?
Quite a range. Workforce and scheduling tools for skilled nursing and home health, compliance training and LMS platforms, patient-facing apps, AI document extraction, and connections to the payroll, billing, and industry tools you already use. We can start from a blank page or step into a platform that already serves thousands of people a day.
Can you integrate with our ehr/existing systems?
Usually, yes, that's most of our work. We integrate at the API and data layer of what you already run, so staff stop re-keying data. No rebuild unless the system itself is the blocker.
Can you extract data from medical bills, EOBs, and insurance documents?
Yes, it's one of the things we do best. We read medical bills, EOBs, Good Faith Estimates, and insurance paperwork and turn them into clean, structured data. Every pipeline has validation rules and a human check built in, and we measure accuracy against a baseline before we let anything run on its own.
How long does healthcare software development take?
The audit takes one to two weeks. From there, a first version usually goes live in 8 to 12 weeks, depending on how much you're building, what it connects to, and your compliance needs. We agree on scope before writing any code, so you won't get an open-ended timeline.
How do you handle patient data (PHI) during development?
Carefully. By default we build and test on de-identified or synthetic data, so real patient information isn't floating around during development. When access to something sensitive is needed, it's limited to who needs it and logged. And nothing regulated goes to an outside AI tool unless your team has approved the safeguards first.
What does healthcare software development cost?
It depends on what you're building, which is why we start with the fixed-fee audit. You come out of it with a clear, itemized estimate, including the compliance and integration work most vendors leave out until later. We won't give you a number before seeing your systems, because that's just guessing.
