Logistics Software Development.
Built to hold when the orders don't stop.
Most fulfillment software works fine at 100 orders a day and falls apart at 10,000. We're the team you bring in before that happens we build the flow around your real carriers and platforms, and stay accountable when a peak-season spike hits at 2am.
Every carrier has an API. Almost nobody has a fulfillment flow that actually holds.
One integration breaks and orders silently stop syncing. A carrier changes a label format and returns pile up. Tracking says "delivered" while the customer is on the phone saying it isn't. You're duct-taping AfterShip, Sendcloud, and five carrier dashboards into something only you understand. The problem isn't the APIs it's that nobody owns the flow end to end. And a flow nobody owns is a flow that breaks on your busiest day.
IT WORKS AT 100 ORDERS. 10,000 IS WHERE IT BREAKS.
LOGISTICS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, FROM "IT BREAKS EVERY PEAK" TO FULFILLMENT THAT JUST RUNS.
FULFILLMENT FLOW ORCHESTRATION
Order to pick to pack to ship to tracked; one flow, one source of truth, instead of five dashboards and a spreadsheet. We build it to route the right order to the right warehouse and carrier automatically.
Multi-Carrier Shipping Integration
We connect the carriers, marketplaces, and shipping platforms you already use into one clean layer we build and maintain for you. New carrier, new 3PL, new channel: one integration point, not another silo.
Tracking & Post-Purchase Experience
Real-time tracking your customers and support team can actually trust fewer "where is my order?" tickets, fewer refunds on parcels that were never lost.
High-Volume Order Management
Systems we build for high-volume ecommerce thousands of orders a day, peak-season spikes, and the queues, retries, and monitoring that keep them from silently dropping.
AI Inside the Supply Chain
Where it earns its place: predicting delays, flagging at-risk shipments, cutting manual exception handling. Guardrails and audit trails, nothing critical as a black box.
Reliability by Default
Error handling, retries, and monitoring designed in from day one, becuase a dropped order is a lost customer, and you find out too late
Audit. Pilot. Production. Owned.
Audit
01One to two weeks. We map your real fulfillment flow every carrier, platform, and handoff and hand you a report: what to fix, what to automate, what it costs. Risk-free.
Pilot
02One high-volume flow, live in weeks. Measured against a real baseline sync failures, mis-ships, tracking accuracy. If it doesn't hold under load, we say so before you cut over.
Production
03Load testing, retries, monitoring, alerting. Every line that ships is reviewed and owned by a named engineer not a contractor who vanishes before your first peak season.
Maintain
04Carriers change APIs, volumes spike, platforms deprecate. A named engineer owns it end to end when orders stop syncing at 2am, you know who picks up. Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot.
BUILT FOR PEAK. ACCOUNTABLE TO A NAME.
We build fast because we use AI aggressively in our own work but logistics ships on reliability, not speed. On the flow holding when volume triples, and the person who built it still being around to answer for it.
WE MAP THE FLOW FIRST.
Every carrier and handoff, before we write code. Integrations that ignore reality break at peak.
A NAMED ENGINEER OWNS IT.
One person who knows your stack and answers for it when orders stop not a rotating desk.
BUILT FOR HEALTHCARE. THE SAME TEAM SHIPS BEYOND IT.

Work we've shippedCan't an Off-the-Shelf Platform Just Do This?
For a lot of it yes, and we'll tell you when. If your shipping platform or your 3PL's built-in tools cover 90% of your flow, use them. Custom software earns its keep in the last mile: the carrier they don't support, the routing logic no platform sells, the volume their plan chokes on. That gap is what we build and if your gap is small, we'll say so. A connector job sold as a build is how agencies lose trust, and trust is the only thing we sell.
Questions, answered.
How long does a logistics software project take?
The audit takes 1–2 weeks. A first production flow typically ships in 4–10 weeks depending on your carriers and volume. Fixed scope before we write code.
Which carriers and platforms can you integrate?
Whichever ones you run. We build custom integrations to your carriers, marketplaces, 3PLs, and shipping platforms. And if you add a new one later, we wire it into the same layer. You own the integration; you're never locked to ours.
Can you handle our order volume?
Yes, we build for high-volume ecommerce running ~10K orders a day, with the queues, retries, and monitoring to survive peak-season spikes.
Can you work our existing stack?
Usually yes, that's most of our work. We integrate at the API layer of what you already run, so you're not ripping out AfterShip, Sendcloud, or your 3PL to get one clean flow.
What happens when a carrier changes it's api?
A engineer owns your integrations and keeps them current. When something breaks, you know who's on it before the returns pile up.
What does it cost?
The audit is fixed-fee and tells you exactly what each piece costs to build and run, including ongoing costs most vendors leave out. No estimate without seeing your systems first.
Tell us the workflow that wastes the most time.
We'll tell you if AI can fix it and what it costs if so. No commitment required.
